Welcoming Groups and Gatherings

Walking clubs, retreats and schools are welcome, talk to us about exclusive use.
Tell us your dates and numbers. We’ll block rooms, arrange breakfast, help you host events, and, if you wish, organise an evening meal cooked by local chefs using local produce. It’s the easiest way to keep everyone together and well-fed after a long day on the trail. Booking is needed in advance for such preperations.

A Friendly Face Nearby

We’re a small team, and we keep things simple — but during core hours, there’s always someone around to say hello, point you in the right direction, or help if something’s not right.
You won’t find a 24-hour front desk, but you will find hosts who care, and who are never far if you need a hand.

You’ll be greeted during core hours:
10:00 - 17:00 Wednesday through to Sunday

Check-in runs from 12:00 to 16:00
We’re always nearby if you need a hand.

Backpackers Indoors

Before You Book

Most of our rooms are shared and single-gender by default. If you're travelling as a mixed group and would prefer to stay together, just give us a heads-up when booking - we’ll do our best to make it work.

Bathrooms are shared. Some rooms are upstairs with no lift, so if you need ground-floor access, please let us know in advance. Check-in is from 14:00 to 16:00, with check-out by 11:00. Quiet time starts at 22:00 - it’s a peaceful place.

We provide towels, beds are fully made, and there's a small laundry room if you need to wash your gear.

This is an adult-focused space, and we may not be the right fit for younger guests travelling alone.

If you’re unsure about anything or booking on behalf of a group, drop us a line - we’re happy to chat it through.
